The challenge 

Sustain needed to refresh the brand in the face of rapid movements in the market brought about by Govt legislation. In the past, this had been a long drawn out affair and with an academic culture, lacked focus and a brand personality that resonated with the commercial market.  

With a heritage in Social Housing, coupled with adhoc projects for household brands, there was a need to identify new market sectors and develop a 3 year sales and marketing plan to deliver growth.

The Results
Sustain relaunch the company through an adjusted positioning. Sustain engaged with far better agencies, and started to speak with a much louder voice on a bigger stage. Sustain now operate with stature in Social Housing, Food and drink, Retail, DEFRA and Education sectors.
